The PDF Invoice Reader export feature allows users to download their processed invoice data in CSV format with advanced duplicate management. This page provides controls for filtering invoices by date range, sorting options, optional grouping by vendor, and comprehensive duplicate detection and removal. Users can identify duplicate invoices, choose which copies to keep, and permanently delete unwanted duplicates from their database. All exports are generated on-demand from stored invoice data in Firebase Firestore.
CSV exports include all Canadian tax fields (GST, HST, PST) and are compatible with major accounting software including QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage. Data retention is 90 days for all plans. Enterprise customers can request extended retention periods.
